ContextKit is a premium, handcrafted toolset. We do not hold massive warehouses of inventory. Instead, each piece is assembled and printed to order to ensure the highest quality.
Please allow 14-21 days for production and delivery.
Once your kit is assembled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We currently ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Because our kits are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If your ContextKit arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect, and we will expedite a replacement to you free of charge.
We respect your privacy. We only collect the information necessary to process your order and ship your kit. Your payment information is processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your credit card details. If you opt-in to our newsletter, we may occasionally send you updates about new workflow templates or refill packs.
